Once Schematic DESIGN of your unique elevations and floor plan are agreed upon, details are vetted throughout the Design Development phase along with materials suggestions and amenities. Construction Documents are them created and guided through the relevant agency approval process.

Robert Souva is a licensed and experience General Contractor. We can BUILD your dream home or provide DESIGN SUPPORT through the construction phase.

Achieve a continuity of vision by having the same person who designed your home, build your home. Changes to the design, additional details and additional scope can be addressed efficiently during construction.
